Gatherings of 3-6 pastoral leaders who are equipped to walk in the culture of “Presence” (chasing God’s heart). In these communities, pastors focus on learning to hear God’s voice, process and reorder their lives in the kingdom, and learn how to release this culture into their own circles of influence. Pastoral leaders, once they have been practicing the patterns of “Presence”, will be given one-on-one time to process their “Calling Maps”.
